*Ambiance* made a super special chair just for group members, The Corellia comfy chair!! It has soooo many poses for males and females that are just awesome! The chair will be out right before midnight, so you have until then to go pick up Callie’s boots. Oh and remember, the Phoenix Rising gift is still in the notices.

The first gift of the Second Style Island Group Giveaway is out now! I know it’s a bit early, but we are too excited to wait! Below is a picture of the outfit you can get for free simply for being a group member!!
Ashoka Eales of Phoenix Rising released this gorgeous outfit in these special colors just for our group members! All you have to do is; join the Second Style Island Group, tp over to the Second Style Headquarters with your tag on and click the gift box. That’s it! Each item will be out until midnight of the next day when a different designer will add their gift! For how many days? I can’t say for sure but at least for the next 15 days!!
While you are picking up your gifts, make sure to hit the designers subscriber so you can stay on top of their news too!!

March 15, 2010 is the kickoff date for our Second Style Island Group Gift Giveaway!! All you have to do to get some very cool gifts is join the Second Style Island group in-world, wear your tag and tp to Second Style Island and buy the gift for 0L! Each day there will be a different designer setting out a gift for a 24 hour period which will give you plenty of time to tp in and grab it!
Watch this space for more details but..I will tell you that the first three days of designers setting out their gifts are: Phoenix Rising, Tiny Bird and Callie Cline!

Starting March 15, Second Style Island will have a daily gift giveaway for group members! Several of the island vendors are participating to give a gift to all the members of the Second Style Island group. It’s going to be super simple, all you have to do is join the group in world (search Second Style Island), tp to the island daily while wearing your tag and pick up your gift! Each item will be out for 24 hours and each day it will be from a different store!
How awesome and easy is that?!
How long will it last? It depends on how many designers sign up to give a gift..so far it seems we have over 12 stores signed up and more joining daily!! Which stores? You won’ t know until the day before the gift is given..you will have to come right here to see what the blog says! Yah for surprises!!

Beginning in April, I’m going to spend five minutes introducing you to an everyday Style Icon– someone I randomly bump into while traipsing about the grid who has an especially inspiring, inventive, or just plain interesting style worth taking a little peek at. Our guest contributor AtomicSparkle Skytower has put together an amazing spread featuring country, city & beach boho looks. James Schwarz puts a twist on it all with a unique black and white spread, while Rylan Carling pieces together some key elements for creating your very own boho look.

Tomorrow is the BIG Day! Second Style Island will be opening it’s doors, and we have packed the day with all sorts of fun for our shoppers! Some great things we have planned:
- ALL Day Side Walk Sale – Once the sim opens, there will be items set out on the side walk at sale prices only found on our sim. Stores such as; Nyte’N'Day, Caroline’s Jewelry, Ingenue, Moonshine, Callie Cline, Perse & Baustein.
- Freebies & Dollarbies also found throughout the sim
- Opening Party from 5-7pm SLT with live DJ Elle Kirshner
- GRAND PRIZES @ Party – 1 complete set of furniture from Ambiance Furniture, 1 Fat Pack of boots from Perse, 2000L$ gift card from Phoenix Rising
- MANY random prizes all evening long given to shoppers on the sim
Our Grand Opening Party as mentioned above is set to start at 5pm SLT. The theme for the night is Classic Romances, as seen in our February issue of Second Style Magazine. Come dressed as your favorite Love Story, or a Character from. You could win some AMAZING prizes!
