I’m very happy to announce that our next issue is planned to release on May 1, 2009. It will be our Third Anniversary Issue featuring weddings, honeymoons and more!

We are still accepting ads for this issue. Prices and specs can be found at the Second Style web site. Please contact me at heatherdawncohen(at)gmail(dot)com to reserve your space as it is limited. Ads are due by April 20.

I’m am very happy to announce that I have the privilege of being the new owner of Second Style Media. Since being an active part in Second Style for the past three years, I’m honored, and very excited, to acquire this new role. I would like to thank Celebrity for this opportunity. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her since the beginning as we’ve both seen this magazine grow up from nothing into what it is today. You haven’t seen the last of her, though, she will be posting on the blog, as usual, with her fabulous insight to the SL fashion world.

Second Style Magazine will hold production until May to allow for the necessary transition. Thereafter, we will continue to release on a monthly basis. If you are interested in advertising, please contact me and mention this blog and receive 10% off any size ad or package. Advertising on the blogs will continue so if you are interested in advertising immediately, that is available as well.

2. Reset the script in the vendor
3. Click to initialize
4. Click again to confirm it is working.

o0o0o0o! I love running in to quality designers that I’ve never heard of before. I took one look at this outfit and had to head to the store. I found a store full of men’s clothing by Radical Twang. Trinitee Trilam takes a space in one corner and has a few things up for sale. They are very well done. I hope she plans on expanding her collection. I can’t wait to see more.

This particular piece is called Flutterby. It has a cutsey punk blend that can fit the taste of almost any style.

Okay, I’m going to shamely say that this is my FIRST flexi prim item I have. How pathetic am I? What makes me even more pathetic is that fact that I can’t stop watching myself twill and whrill around in this gorgeous dress. Blaze did a beautiful job texturing the prim skirt. That with the perfectly cut and placed prims makes for a masterpiece of pleated poofyness. Pick up ‘ELEGANCE’, offered in 18 colors here. It’s a great package, it also comes with a matching vest/tie layer for a tuxedo which can be given to a partner and worn under their tux jacket for an instant match.

Hi everyone!I was so surprised and honored that Celeb asked me to be a guest author while she is gone on her trip. I have to say though, it’s rather intimidating. This is a HUGE roll to try to step into. The forum is always so full of great stuff, its hard to pick out just a few. Truth be told, I’m not much of a shopper. I’m always lurking the new products forum because it inspires me. I always love to find some thing that is jaw dropping worthy.

My first pick is one from Antonia Marat called Alice. The shape, colors and pattern almost give it that oxymoron feeling of a punk southern bell. It’s a perfect blend. You can pick this one up in Gama at her main store.

Ginny does it again and again and again. It’s never ending and never disappointing. Her latest creation, "Espionner" is a hard one to pin down. Is it a formal? Is it a silk? Is it oriental? Is it all of the above? One thing I know for sure…seeeexah!!
