I have been trying to get this out of my mind, trying to translate what I think a modern day Russian princess would look like. This all stems from the fact that I have been reading all these young adult fiction books..I wanted to take a break after I graduated and let my mind just relax and have a vacation. So I started reading this series of books by an author named Libba Bray and in her books there is a character that is pretending to be a countess from Russia (these books are set in the late 1800’s so this is a little more realistic then say– now) and I wondered.. What does a modern day Russian royal look like and this is what I came up with..

A little about what I’m doing here…I dress in very odd ways. Mostly I wear literally everything I bought that day in some sort of giant modge-podge of layered weirdness. Sometimes I show up places with no pants on or bald…I think being a shape maker forces you to let go of having to be conscious of your style all the time. I tend to make shapes naked so I can get it just right then phase into the trying on every hair and skin in existence to get it to work with as much as possible. The changing of your underlying frame changes how you interact or wear just about anything. When I change shapes in a major way I tend to see them as a translation of a dream I had last night or someone I just read about in a book. In a world where you can be anything and everything I want to be a little bit of it all just once. So with each little post I write I’m hoping to embody one more tiny bit of visual interpretation in Second Life. What I’m hoping you do is to do a little paradigm shift of your own..:D
