March 15, 2010 is the kickoff date for our Second Style Island Group Gift Giveaway!! All you have to do to get some very cool gifts is join the Second Style Island group in-world, wear your tag and tp to Second Style Island and buy the gift for 0L! Each day there will be a different designer setting out a gift for a 24 hour period which will give you plenty of time to tp in and grab it!

Starting March 15, Second Style Island will have a daily gift giveaway for group members! Several of the island vendors are participating to give a gift to all the members of the Second Style Island group. It’s going to be super simple, all you have to do is join the group in world (search Second Style Island), tp to the island daily while wearing your tag and pick up your gift! Each item will be out for 24 hours and each day it will be from a different store!
How awesome and easy is that?!
How long will it last? It depends on how many designers sign up to give a gift..so far it seems we have over 12 stores signed up and more joining daily!! Which stores? You won’ t know until the day before the gift is given..you will have to come right here to see what the blog says! Yah for surprises!!

I’ve been on a bit of a dress kick lately, so I apologize for drowning you in cute frocks. But what can I say? Sometimes inspiration just hits, and lately it has been dragging me toward the cute, fun, and flirty world of dresses. I decided to dress this one down a bit and construct my own scene, because decorating is just as much fun for me as putting together an outfit.

I wrestled with a few different ideas for today’s look, but I finally settled on this one, which showcases simple lines and my favorite color combination. I’m a big fan of using chocolate brown and light pink together, especially for redheads, and I really love the way this look turned out. There is beauty in simplicity.

I thought I’d go for a sweet and innocent look today, so I put together this cute, floral ensemble and headed out to my favorite sim on the grid for some quiet time and pictures. I absolutely love this sim, and it’s one of those things about which I’m kind of possessive. Have you ever had one of those places in SL where you go to chill out, and when other people show up, you think, “Nooooooooooo! This is MY place!” Yeah, this is that place for me. As weird as it may be, I just cannot explain my affection for it.
