Hmm…. now how did I get here?

Well, however I got here, hello! I’m Keira Seerose and I seem to be lost from my regular blog today, so here is a swift guest blog for the lovely Second Style! Personally I love to mix and match, this outfit shows that eccentric way of styling quite well, perfect for you to get the sum of me in sixty seconds (or however long it takes to peruse this post).

I have to admit this look is a little Peqe-heavy. Peqe, one of my favourite brands, is owned by one of my best friends Inex Hax. Being privy to seeing all her works as they are being created means by the time they are finally finished I am desperate to wear them, meaning they hold my attention for longer than most…. this gorgeous dress is called Denim Flow and is coming soon (really soon, I promise!) to Peqe. If you can’t wait check in store for the special 50 of a Kind version which is available now but only 50 copies will be sold.

I decided to wear this look with my favourite belt (Fri.day, Cinch.Belt in Silver) instead of with the original stomach prim, because – like I mentioned at the beginning – I like to mix and match! (If you remembered you get 5 points). I also added the white shirt underneath. Without it its a low cut but not over exposed neckline thats very sexy and flirty… but I like to offer an alternative to the original vibe of an item… I matched it with boots (*COCO* Flat ankle boots) and the Prue tights (also Peqe) for a more grown up but still vibrant style.

The last thing to mention are my earrings, they are from Bliensen+MaiTai and I just love them. They come with the option of wearing them in gold too, but I wore the silver to tie in with the belt and shirt. Delicately made. Lovely.

Spring is finally here! About time…but now I just need a wee bit more sunshine. I live in the very rainy part of the country and am looking forward to some serious sun.

The adorable Kianna Noel of AddiCt is already getting us ready for sunny days with her latest releases. The Boho  tube top screams summer to me. It also reminds me of my older sisters and summers in the city. They would get all dressed up in tube tops, flared jeans and go dancing in NYC clubs. I was very young but I adored watching them get ready.  The latest jean release from Linc is pretty awesome. I am loving the fit and how low they are in the front but..um no crack in the back.  I know it is just pixels but I just cannot show crack. In either life. No no no.

I am sure you have heard about Another Fundraiser II and how you can buy so many lovely things for 50L each and offer our support to Japan. Did you know that AddiCt has the most loveeely makeup tattoos there? Love. If you have not been there yet, please tp over and buy buy buy!

We are running a bit behind for our March issue, but have managed to pack it full of goodness to make up for the time lost. Our 44th issue is a little bit of a mix up across the board, a little something for everyone. The warmer weather is creeping up, and we are all itching to strip off a few layers and get out and enjoy ourselves…

James warms things right up with his Country Living spread, taking a look at some the coming season wear, while in Bleeding Edge he looks at a darker side. Fayne’s Fresh Face of the month is Erratic Rain of the overnight success store; Erratic.

Kenzie’s Fashionable Furnishings this month gives a really creative way to modify some of your existing home spaces and give it a very unique look. While Rylan’s Destination Diva, takes us to a sim that is perfect for the season changing, and I’ve loaded you up with my picks for this month’s must have accessories.

Sophia has an amazing must read interview this month with the one and only Elikapeka Tiramisu, she asks her all the questions you’ve been dying to have answered. Elysium has Spring on her mind, and gives us a burst of colors to go with her fairy look for March.

I am in heaven with all the latest Mimikri releases! So not a secret how much I loveeee all that she releases. Allure Take 2 is no exception. It is flowy, pretty and utterly feminine.

I know we have seen the Nardcotix Mana shoes all over the feeds but I just have to tell you guys how easy they are to tint. I mean honestly…easy. The fact that they are gorgeous on top of that? Total epic win. Another must have.

Luna made some splendid choices for her color challenge these past couple of weeks, didn’t she? I can’t think of two lovelier colors to usher in the arrival of one of my favorite seasons.

The Passion SkyBox from Somnia is an terribly cute house for only 95L and comes full furnished!

It has a sunken living room feature which completely puts me in mind of when Woodstock redecorated his bird house, I want to serve drinks and wear a lounge suit, totally. It’s retro awesome.

The house comes with lots of furniture so you can play around and make it your own. I was completely tickled. I haven’t decorated in so long I forgot how much fun it can be.

If you are one of those people who has a mate who finds you sexually attractive, you’ll be pleased to know the bed is, ahem, functional.

One of my favorite pieces of furniture is this huge entertainment center. Sanura provides some bric-a-brac for decorating but I think I could fill it on my own with glee.

The March round of CHIC Limited is nearly upon us. The theme is elemental and I love the passion the designers are showing through their designs. The event starts on March 12 @4pm and it will be worth the wait…promise. Let me show you a few things you can expect to see.

Earth – Wind – Water – Fire. I decided to show you guys Fire for this first blog. Glam Affair bought the heat with a very sexy outfit named Mary on Fire. Pretty fitting, right? The hair is one of four from RezIpsa and of course, I am wearing Fire…love it.  Fire and Wind are similar with the difference being color and the other two; Water and Earth are long locks with very pretty wreaths made of leaves for Earth and shells for Water. Very pretty. I didn’t blog them but I have no doubt you will see them on the feeds before the doors open for the event. Last but not least – the skin from Mynerva, I am wearing  Fire because you know..it fit the theme. There is one skin for each element and each is beautiful, dramatic and a must have. Win. Win. Win.

I have not been to Silent Sparrow in so so long and I don’t understand why, because I loveeee all the stuff there. I made sure to remedy that today. I bought a bunch of stuff and one of the jackets made me change my mind on what I was going to blog today.

Let me tell you about the rest of my outfit today. SySy Chapman the designer behind SySy’s is going to release a special color of her adorable Hush minidress for RFL 2011. I apologize for not wearing it but come on…look at that jacket! I had to wear it! Nonetheless, the Hush dress in any color is awesome and  a must have.

Oh. Must have? The new lassitude & ennu Miss Highland boots are simply gorgeous. Love.
