A weathered plantation is all that remains as the fog lifts against the humidity of the morning’s light. This build is a creation by Flix Saiman with the intended purpose of a store. I, of course, would love to see it as a home, but, alas, it’s scaled for sellers so that the rooms offer a great amount of space for display and movement. This gave me the perfect opportunity to slip into my new dress from LeLutka and get all pretty for a warm southern day. Ready to play a tourist who found this Plantation,I was all set out to explore it’s history. That’s exactly the feel you get when you walk up the stairs, the perfectly textured, weather beaten, time worn, stairs. I could almost hear the creaks of the floor boards beneath my Maitreyaheels as I ventured around the front porch taking in the details of the columns, the lights, the windows, and the shadows that fit just right. It really is the shading and the texturing that give this Plantation it’s FEEL.
I’ve been gone for over 3 weeks, and, the very FIRST thing I went to see for updates was what came out at TRUTH. Of course, it was all beautiful and I need it ALL! Trust me, so do you. My accessories from [MANDALA] and Awesome Blossom complete the look beautifully, especially against the backdrop of the inside of the Plantation. The seemingless perfect texturing doesn’t end with the outside. It is continued throughout the two levels, and gives the whole build that “just right” look and feel. I am no expert on builds, but it is a unique and lovely way to display your items and for the rest of us to buy, buy, buy!
