I’m a girl of habit, and I tend to stick to my regular circle of shops, but I also love to branch out, finding new-to-me shops with really well made goods. I found this adorable new-to-me shop yesterday, and I went straight home to try on my goodies and assemble an outfit with this fantastic, fun, and flirty skirt. Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that make all the difference.
I found this fantastic skirt at GATO, which is just filled to the brim with adorable clothing. I went a little crazy and bought several items, but this skirt really stood out to me, and I couldn’t wait to make an outfit out of it. It actually comes with 2 versions of the skirt, one with a waistband/belt and one without, and I chose the underskirt without the belt so that I could add my own. The skirt sports red and green, and I didn’t want to Christmas it up with a red or green top. Instead, I chose this adorable strapless coral top from the new Paradiso.Romper at fri.day. It echoes the peachy undertones in the skirt, and I really love how it adds a soft appeal to the look.
Then I added this awesome Geisha leather belt from *Fishy Strawberry*, which is really well made and does a great job of breaking up the top and bottom. For shoes, I kept it simple with these fantastic sandy Saffron pumps from [LeLutka], which blend in quite well in this look and add a great bit of style. Then I accessorized with this lovely Carnival necklace from ~SIGMA~Jewels and my amazing new Trusha ring from Zaara. I seriously fatpacked all of Zaara’s new rings, and I don’t even have the slightest bit of regret about it. I capped off the look with this gorgeous new Anna hairstyle from fri.day, and, of course, the lovely Eva skin from []::Tuli::[] is my favorite right now.
Emvee Cuba will be closing soon, so be sure to get over there and take as many pics as you can. It has always been one of my favorite sims for photography, and I’m definitely going to miss it!
