Second Style Magazine

I threw together this look in about 5 minutes the other day because I needed something to wear to the Plurk Party, and I got a ton of compliments.  Go figure, right?  So I thought I’d blog it, considering I love the individual pieces, and the overall look is pretty darn cute.  Ulyth said I look like a cheerleader, but I totally don’t, right?

My favorite part of this look is the skirt, which I borrowed from the new amethyst Martini Dress at >TRUTH<.  The sculpts are absolutely amazing, and the bow is so cute that I just want to fondle it.  Yeah, you read that right.  Fondle it.  I decided to go for a sweet pink/purple combo, so I paired the skirt with this adorable cami from Tres Blah.  The cami is really well done, and I just love the cute button and ruffle detail on the front.  For shoes, I thought these awesome white cowgirl boots from [ hoorenbeek ] would work well, and I love how the boots transform the ensemble into an adorable casual look.

For accessories, I settled on this awesome Heart Key Locket from (luc), which is still one of my favorite necklaces on the grid.  Then I added the white Rock Candy watch from (Caroline’s), which adds a nice touch.  I needed a bag, and I knew the Madrid leather weave bag from {creamshop} would be perfect.  And to finish it off, I added my new favorite hair, the Marie hairstyle from fri.day, along with the adorable coordinating Marie hair.flower in pink, and my steady favorite skin, the lovely -Belleza- Alyson.
