I thought I’d go for a sweet and innocent look today, so I put together this cute, floral ensemble and headed out to my favorite sim on the grid for some quiet time and pictures.  I absolutely love this sim, and it’s one of those things about which I’m kind of possessive.  Have you ever had one of those places in SL where you go to chill out, and when other people show up, you think, “Nooooooooooo!  This is MY place!”  Yeah, this is that place for me.  As weird as it may be, I just cannot explain my affection for it.

You know, I bet you missed this release from fri.day!  And, because I care about your fashion necessities, I’m going to mention them again.  I coupled the cardigan with a blouse from Indrya Originals and tied my hair back in yet, another, TRUTH style.   The jeans are so well made, and, finally, a pair that actually fits all the way up the rear end!

I threw together this look in about 5 minutes the other day because I needed something to wear to the Plurk Party, and I got a ton of compliments.  Go figure, right?  So I thought I’d blog it, considering I love the individual pieces, and the overall look is pretty darn cute.  Ulyth said I look like a cheerleader, but I totally don’t, right?

The shirt from +blacklisted+ is quite fitting!  LOL  The RELOADED boots from [*RG*] were the inspiration behind this look and nothing shows them off better than a teeny tiny skirt from *UB*!  It’s worth a mention that *UB* has been releasing new cuteness every week and this includes skins as well (which will be shown in a future post…go ahead, sit at the edge of your seat!)  Of course, my accessories include the bracelet/nail combo from [MANDALA]TAKARA (my goal is to own every piece of yum in that store.)  Also, shown here, are the defiant, NO ROUND earrings from [glow] studio .   Big earrings are in…wear them loud and wear them proud! I wanted to try something different today, and this look is a bit more rough around the edges than my usual garb.  I’m not a badass by any means nor in any life, so this outfit is a paradox of sorts.  But I wanted to experiment a little, and this look kind of came together on its own.

I just wanted to pop in real quick and flash my boots… yes B O O T S!!! =P

These are some new ones from Redgrave, which I’ve been wearing pretty much NON stop.  I keep coming up with clever ways to work them into my look, or digging in my inventory just to find a way to wear them.

I love the heels on them, and obviously the incredible sculpt and texture work.  The chain is also super cute, and I love how the boots are worn slightly different on each foot, really adds to to the realism.

I am also wearing my new favorite necklace from LacieCakes,  I decided I really needed a name necklace and Lacie did an amazing job customizing this set for me.  If you are in the market for some fantastic new jewelry, check out LacieCakes, there is a satellite store at Second Style Island!!

I really like finding sims that are so peaceful that I just want to hang out in them all the time.  The other day I was roaming the grid looking for new home furnishings (because I’m addicted to decorating in SL), and I found this AWESOME little hideaway that has become my new happy place.  And no look suited the day better than this cheery ensemble.

Well the sim is officially FULL.  Our last 2 shops were rented this past Sunday.  We are thrilled to welcome Glam Affair, to one of our lovely corner locations!

It is time for something…adorable!

 I’ve been working on getting our cozy home completed, but wanted to take a moment and show off a cute little outfit I wore for three days straight.  It’s quite the record for me and, yes, a fashion faux pas in itself.  But, let’s ignore that for now.  My favorite impression of this outfit is how delicate the fabrics “feel.”  The skirt from MNK*Shop literally gives you the sense of bounce with each step.  Not only is the blouse combination from *MIU* soft and springy, it also adds a romantic touch to the ensemble.   Accessorized with over-sized beads from (Milk Motion), a belt from Maitreya , and, of course, my beloved ring from P.C., the look is truly…cute!
