The Anniversary Masque of Polaire Aeghin and Cezare Blanco was just the excuse I needed to invest in something I’ve coveted, oh, since the first time I ever saw it.
The EMPIRE FALLS gown and shoes from Digit Darkes is part of a magnificent collection by Digit Darkes, bringing a stylized French Court to modern fashion. I’ve eyeballed the various dresses in this collection as well as the hair and accoutrement FOR the hair forever. Receiving the invitation to a Masque was just what I NEEDED!
Can I tell you that this skirt DANCES like a dream? Billowing wispy skirt prims waving all around me with grace and frankly – they looked like floating gold as we danced around the sea of wildflowers.
My partner is my love in both lives, Silo Uriza who outfitted himself at 18th Century. We hopped over there based on a suggestion from someone in the Vain group. He transformed from his normal Mech AV into a gorgeous 18th Century Rake. Hats plus hair plus Masks can be hard to manage. He had to attach his mask to his chin, I believe, to make it all work.

I chose the Coffee Lips of the GRACE Skin by PXL Creations. I found a mask store simply because I put in MASQUE in SEARCH and found a store – MKS which has a ton of photosourced masks which look quite good.
I highly recommend a formal evening once in a while. It’s great fun to simply overdress because you can. And it’s a lovely way to spend a romantic evening with the one you love. If you are lucky enough, he’ll even dress up too.

She is one of the most energetic, thoughtful, creative people I know. She is always aware of her customers and does all she can to make them feel welcome. She is constantly having “flash sales” where she has a 15 minute sale on whatever her crazy brain is thinking of that day! She is known to be at her store during these sales, chatting and playing with her loyal group members. If you are not in, Ihighly suggest you join the CAL GAL group! This picture above is me high fiving her after I just took advantage of one of her amazing sales!
I first met Miss callie at her store in the 2008 RFL clothing fair. Her outfit that year was the “Venus Gone Wild” which you can see me in, above. She was gathered there with a couple of her personal friends, also fellow designers. She had a picture pose thing set up in front of her shop, and next thing I know, she is inviting me to take the spare pose ball with them!
Another time, I got TP’d to some party, somewhere..and who do you think is up onstage, dancing her lil booty off? Miss Callie! Of course! Hehe…it was a G show, but entertaining all the same! She is also involved in a lot of the various charity foundations around SL. Most recently, she was highly involved in the Maseno Project.
First up are some looks from Alexxis’ creations. I have a shape on called Serene, and I really like this shape. It is a lot more petite than my normal shape, and that is a nice change. The make-up in this scene is called Pale Midnight Blue High. The eyes are highlighted in a nice blue tone, which goes nicely with the fair skin shade.
Up next is more Serene, but the make-up is now Fair Blended Desert High. The skin tone is just a hint darker than the pale, but still keeps a stunning eye. Corrupted Innocence skins come in Pale, Fair, Medium, and Tan. There are twenty five make-ups each and two eyelash options. In this picture I am now wearing a shape called Monica. It is another cute and petite look. The face also has good proportions. The skin in the above picture is called Medium Blended Coral High. I just adore the color effect on the eyes, and the soft neutral lip.
In this last picture, I still have on the Monica shape, but this time the make up is Tan Blended Summer High. This shade is just a bit darker…been at the beach! Again, nice color on the eyes, and body highlights look good. In all 4 of the above photos I am wearing, 
My next pictures contain some shapes and skin from Kira Paderborn. This sweet shape is called Envy. Again, a lot smaller and girlish than my typical shape. The skin I have on is Envy Fair Natural. It is very light and fresh, and the soft make-up adds even more to the girlish look. I like the subtle details and lack of seams. Very nice and sweet looking!
In this picture, the shape is still Envy, but the skin is now Envy Light Tan Natural. It is the same soft, luscious look, but just a touch darker. You can see how nicely designed the bottom is on this skin and shape hehe… The other items I am wearing in these 2 last pictures is 
My final picture for this CI blog is of some awesome shoes! You can find Jimmy Chau on the Corrupted Innocence sim, and the shoes are hot! The first image is of the Bettie booties in Red. These have a great patent shine to them, as well as a cute zipper detail. The second image is the Miki shoes in Black. I love the open toe design with the wedge heel. The final pic is the Surudoi heels in Red…red patent pumps at their best!
