		<description>lol AVENUE is a lot of things in RL and so is Elite, Modavia, and many other names in SL.  If you do read the magazine you will see that AVENUE Magazine evidently does what it sets out to do.  Where&#039;s the spirit of encouragement and support for people&#039;s efforts to better SL community contributions and appreciation.  If you are a discerning reader at all Fran you would see that this magazine is slick and well written and put together....a whole lot better than more than half of the magazines in SL including the so-called Best of SL magazine</description>
