I remember that I must have such a thing in my inventory somewhere, although it is more like a pareo, hip cover, wrappy, scarf thing than a belt, and not high enough to cover up some serious EMS. I'm not sure if it comes up high enough or not, but if it does, it seems like it would be a great choice for belts. It would overlap everything and still leave the other layers free and the separation from the skin wouldn't be a problem on on a belt.
