Once Upon A Time….

… Long, long time ago, in a far away country, the lovely snow queen reigned over her winter wonder land….
Hmm.. I have never been good at telling fairytales… let alone in a language that is not my native one. Anyway… the snow queen is here and she is the fruit of three of my favourite content creators working together on this 2007 Holiday special. Justine mentioned it already in her round up, but I wanted to show you some more of the make up and hair. Nicky Ree made yet another amazing gown, with a very delicate frost collar that comes in three versions and her usual awesome texture and prim work. Miriel signed up for the hair, a sophisticated updo with a lot of curls in the back. It comes in the lovely shades of starlight, snow and ice. The crown that adorns the queen is Miriel’s latest piece of jewelry. Executed in Miriels well known metals, silver, gold and black, it is a very intricate piece of work. When I was trying the outfit on for the first time, I tried to pair it with some other jewelry, but it is perfect just on it’s own. Last but not least, Roslin Petion at Tête à Pied has created three matching make ups that are just hot… err… cold… hmm.. delicious anyway. The eye make-up being iridescent, this make up is sweet and strong at the same time. Too bad winter only lasts a few months.
