Sculptified.. Ginny’s latest
By Grazia Horwitz | June 8, 2007
Inventory clearance sale closed, lots of room for new goodies at Last Call and oh my… it is good indeed. Ginny has released a sculptified collection with the best ever prim work I have seen so far. This new technique is evolving FAST.
Dahlia, the outfit on the left is one of the more casual outfits in this release. And the jeans are the prelude of a whole new series of jeans at Last Call. The come with two different version of sculpted legs. Flared and slouchy. The floral tank is just too sweet and will definitely be a basic in my wardrobe for the next few weeks and the mini sweater, it’s included in 5 different colours in the folder so you won’t have to wear the same colour all the time. Davida, to the right, is one of Ginny’s favourites because of the awesome amount of detailing. She has put so much work and skill in it. Not to mention the love that she obviously must have for designing. The suit is finished with a glittery cowled handkerchief top that, as Ginny states, one could only get away with in SL.
The jewelry with Dahlia is Earthtones recent release Seahorse Frolic (love it) and with Davida I wear Elexor Matador’s new shiny set Platinum Tanzanite (must have).
Passing on to the more city chic with the delightful Kamryn on the left. This is Heidi hitting town.. hard. This suit rocks. The puffed sleeves and the vest give this suit a deliciously wicked sexyness. Everything comes on different layers now for which I absolutely worship Ginny. It is so much fun to mix & match with Last Call’s outfits these days. Ally is a suit with an attitude. The leopard skirt is definitely daring. It takes guts to wear an animal printed short skirt, show cleavage and yet be totally classy, but it works out just fine in this outfit. You can either wear it with just the bodice, or like in my case, with the satine drape sleeved shrug.
Credits for the jewelry again go to Elexor Matador for the gunmetal ruby teardrop set and to Lucas lameth at Earthtones for the highly detailed Anchors, Toss and Tassel set.
And when the sun sets over the wonderful Toscana sim where I shot these pictures, dressing up in sheer fabric and lace is really quite logical as the sim has very romantic scenery at night. Brooke, the black outfit has this peasant look, well.. faintly peasant look that is just lovely. The primwork on the skirt is old fashioned Last Call super quality and the ruffled top with sculpted poofy sleeves is delicious. Just make sure you are fully rezzed before showing yourself to your audience, as unrezzed sculpties look just hilarious :-). Greta, shown here in vampy red is a gown with a distinct medieval look. The sleeves consist of 2 sculpties each and the sheer skirt just spices it up. I am absolutely smitten with the neckline of this gown. So elegant!
The jewelry in these two photo’s is all from Elexor. The platinum diamond step set on Brooke and the ruby teardrop set, with the necklace instead of the choker on Greta.
The hair in all the photos is ETD’s Tyra in smoke burnt, the skin is Naughty Design’s Zoe Gold (Smoke/Red Foil). The shape is not my usual one, I made one to go with this post as I liked a bit of a darker and more languid look with these clothes.
