Jennyfur Peregrine posted a very nice article (including a SLurl and mini-tutorial) about making prim skirts with a free prim skirt rezzing device. There are commercial versions of this technology in world, but they typically cost thousands of Lindens. This is a free tool to help content creators build prim skirts quickly and easily.
If you’re looking for some help handling through slippery flexi prims this should help immensely.
Thanks! Given that this is a free low prim item its so nice to be able to make a template for each skirt type so that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel all the time.

It’s not free anymore, I just went to get it yesterday
It was $1500. 
I’ve just been too the Slurl and the Prim Skirt Builder is no longer free:(
