Fashion Challenge #5: High Fantasy Fantasy

Snapshot_0031.jpgYenneffer Dielli wants you to show off your best fantasy outfits and locations! With RenderGlow and the new WindLight beta viewer, there’s never been a better time to take some really amazing looking unretouched photos from inside Second Life — just like this one — a total unretouched photo. As usual, the winner of this challenge will win L$250 and the right to name our next fashion challenge theme!

To stop gaming of the stars rating, I’m going to take the top three photos by overall vote count, without regard to the averaged number of stars.

How to enter in four easy steps:

  1. Create an outfit that meets the challenge theme. This challenge’s theme is “High Fantasy” — think sorceress, drow, or elves, to name just a few possibilities.
  2. Submit your photo to snapzilla using the special Fashion Challenge email address: fc@slpics.com (Learn how to submit photos to snapzilla — it’s really easy!) Please, one entry per person.
  3. Rate your photos and other photos submitted. (See all fashion challenge submissions.)
  4. Second Style bloggers and magazine staff are not permitted to enter or win (but we can vote on submissions!)

I’ll take the top three photos.

We’ll choose the winner by voting on the finalists here. The top voted photo here will be the winner!

Preliminaries go from now until June 17, 2007 at 11:59 pm SLT. Our finals will go from the 18th until the end of June 20th, 2007. Good luck and have fun! I can’t wait to see what fantastic submissions come through.

  1. Very interesting challenge, and I’m glad to read about the changes in the voting system. Now even the notorious 1-star rating bandits will be casting votes that matter! Hah!

  2. Is there a way to delete a picture? The first one I submitted didn’t show up, so after a day I made another one… and now I see the first one finally showed up! I didn’t mean to double post, and would like the remove the second one I made (first one there - the one in the red dress). My apologies!

    You have to make an account on snapzilla to delete a picture. But it’s pretty easy to do, once you have an account.
