Roslin Petion and CJ Carnot just released Avril — the latest in their series of Calendar Girl limited edition skins + outfit packs. Avril is a super spring perk up — just the thing to blow away all those wintery blues — with warm pastel hues (peony and hyacinth) and fabric detailed with delicate creamy white Asian-style flower blossoms. My favorite detail though, is the shimmery lipstick on this skin — it’s a pitch perfect pink and such a perfect contrast to the blues and purples of the eye makeup. As in the past, this Calendar Girl skin also comes in a red head version (complete with ultra cute freckles shown left.)
Another great recent TaP release — one you should certainly check out if you swing by to get Avril — are the longer length prim nails. They come in two basic color schemes — bold and pastel. I wore the pastels pretty much exclusively during the L’Oreal contest, nude first, and peach for the swimsuit round. But the darker colors really sell the seduction. They have such an amazing glossy highlight. But of course I expected as much with Roslin’s makeup artist background and CJ’s mad photoshop skillz.
