I Want More Encore!

Tracy Scofield of Encore is this month’s featuring new designer in Elika Tiramisu’s sim. I think Elika is such a doll, offering this exposure to fresh faces in the SL fashion world. So last night I headed over to the minute shop where Tracy has her designs on sale and…. OMG!!!!! The cuteness…. the authenticity, the great texturing…. My friend Manna, who models for Earthtones, came to see it too and she compared Tracy in awe to Shai Delacroix on semi formal clothing. Uber cute cocktail dresses, so well made, comfy knitwear in great fabrics… some silks I am actually considering… until now I’ve found none that are attractive to me… and the cute black tees with funny texts.
This knitted and belted Cozy Sweater dress in sweet natural colours is fast becoming one of my day wear favourites. It is indeed cozy. It reminds me of Missoni’s simple, clean and colourful designs. I had some trouble attaching the belt, but Tracy replaced it immediately for me without even asking what was wrong. For this photo I headed over to Hillcrest Estates where Stacy has her main store. Nice relaxing environment… and, I must say… some more space to play with the camera and admire Encore’s designs than in the little shop over at ETD.
I also picked up the cute grey Karma dress… gooooood vibes come along with it. The subtle flower design on the skirt looks like a velvet ausbrenner and the ton sur ton top is sheer luxurious and silky over the chest. Combined with the black buckled heels by Au Naturel and Cailyn’s latest Long Drop Gold Heart Necklace I am so ready for a nice dinner party with friends. All Tracy’s (cocktail) dresses look so good. Sometimes I get obsessed with a designer, wanting just everything in the shop. I think ETD Isle has not seen the last of me this month… I want more Encore!
When I was talking to Tracy about the bad attaching belt of the Cozy Sweater Dress she dropped a copy on me of her newest design which will be released probably by this week’s ending. Feral…. Is it a gown? A negligé.. Or a de luxe St. Tropez beach outfit? It’s all of the above… a gown for the most daring among you, considering the sheerness of the fabric, a very seductive negligé which will certainly cause jaws dropping and yeah.. why not… with some cute wedges and the Paper Couture Logo sunglasses you’ll be the belle of the beach in any luxury resort. Tracy has named top and bottoms indeed bikini top and bikini bottoms and although the are not tiny… with the rich leopard print… they are very sexy indeed.
Mmmm… am I being too enthousiast when I say I think we have a very promising designer at hand here?

Ya the shop is kinda more like a small shack next to my store….what can I say I didn’t plan on one at first.
But yes, I’m so happy that Tracy decided to drop an application on me, to occupy that space. When I opened her first poster, I knew right then and there that’d she be someone that was going to occupy that shop, if it wasn’t now…it would have been eventually.

Now, I’m convinced that sooner or later we would all have discovered Tracy’s talend, but this just speeds things up.
