Bye Santa, Hello Sweet Summer?
By Zillow Dejavu | January 4, 2007
I liked this little number from Jonquille Noir of Little Rebel Designs from the moment I saw it on the SL forums earlier this week. However, I was still coming out of a Christmas and New Year fog, and a swimsuit seemed, well…untimely. Can you say, Brrrr?!?!
That’s past now as I’ve gradually come around to accepting that the winter holiday season is over and that spring is slowly peeking around the corner. No, I’m not about to put away my sweaters and furs just yet and I know we’re probably in for a blizzard or two in some places, but I am starting to get a whiff of the sweet scents of spring and summer. That will mean glorious flowers, sunny beaches and, yes, swimsuits–something a girl can never, ever have too many of.
Although sexy, there’s also something both mature and demure about the hoops and other design details in this one. It kind of reminds me of the mod look of the sixties and seventies. Oops, am I giving away too many hints about my age?
The Saturn swimsuit comes in a bunch of fruity colors–red, purple, yellow, pearl, green, orange, pink–and at L$200 a pop, you can probably afford to pick up a few of them. Just head on over to Little Rebel Designs in Gallinas (111, 109, 58).
