Dresses!
By Celebrity Trollop | December 5, 2006
There’s been a lot of great dresses released over the last couple of days, and I wanted to round them all up. You’ve already seen this dress on my new Chloe skin — here’s the same design with my more usual light Paris athletic skin by Ambyance2 Anubis. Naughty by Ginny Talamasca is one of those dressed packed with a lot of vavoom. It’s got a slit all the way up the leg, and a top that is as slinky and sexy as Justin Timberlake with two lingerie models on a catwalk. Find it on the Dazzle sim. (S: Yes, R: Yes, F: Yes)
Here is Shai Delcroix’s brand new sinfully decadent Aphrodite dress. This not-quite-knee-length stunner will turn heads and grab eyes with it’s super racy cut-aways and the flouncy flowing skirt. Done up in white with a gold ribbon at the waist, it’s definitely a great choice for your next semi-formal event. (S: Yes, R: No, F: Yes)
This is a two-fer — a brand new gown named Marie Antoinette and a new flexi-hair named Mademoiselle. Inspired by a customer request, sachi Vixen says she was so thrilled with the way this one came out, that she may make some more. For my part I really liked the way the subtle pink skirting and floral print overskirt interplayed and meshed with one another. Plus the hair is just a lot of fun to wear around, especially in a decidedly informal pair of jeans and a top. (S: Yes, R: Yes, F: Yes)
Here’s Elegance by Solange Cerveau (as promised earlier!) in crimson. This gown comes with a ton of different skirt options, from the “rooster tail” flexiprims I’m wearing in this photo to a long and shorter skirt options. One detail that’s difficult to pick up but definitely one to admire is the extensive use of blace antique lace all over the bodice in this design. With Solange’s almost-trademark color saturated satin fabric textures, this dress travels a gradient from bright to dark deftly, adding substantial mystery to the outfit. (S: Yes, R: No, F: No)
I took all of these pictures at the excellent SL Botantical Gardens in Federal. If you love exploring beautiful nature scenes in Second Life, I strongly encourage a visit!
