Six Kennedy of Gurl6 posted a really nice set of tips over at Appearance Mode to help you resolve customer service issues with content creators. This is a topic that Six knows a lot about — she has a bunch of scary (and sometimes funny) customer service stories — requests she’s gotten during her many months of business.
Definitely worth two minutes to read and think over.
(I also like this graphic because it reminds me of how I feel before my morning coffee. :-D)
