The best single prim skirt ever?

I had this article all prepped and ready to post, but then CopyBot hit, and Camie shut down her store. So I wanted to wait until the store was reopened to post this.
These amazing denim prim skirts were released about two weeks ago, but I’ve heard nothing but raves about the incredible detail work that has gone into them. Wearing the skirt for myself, I can only add to every positive thing I’ve heard about these. One of the traditional drawbacks to using a prim to construct a true non-pleated mini is that the color matching is just slightly “off” the primary texture color, especially if the prim is not using an actual texture, but a system generated color.
With Camie’s design using a solid cylinder, though, there really isn’t much of a problem with that — and her decision to use a cylinder is a really innovative one, because most of the time designers choose to use a flattened box to fill in the gap in the mesh shorts.
Given the texture on the skirt, the way the prim fits the skirt and just how fantastic it looks, I’m ready to say I think it may be the best single prim skirt in Second Life right now. It’s that good.

I just wanted to comment that I love these skirts, but us taller avs will have to do a little prim manipulating to get a good fit.

Seriously; the middle of the prim is untextured & untinted. As in WHITE. It looks like a huge maxi-pad trying to get loose from under your skirt!
I’m hoping it’s an anomaly with this particular fatpack, and something I can color correct because, man, is that jarring!
