Update: Mighty Aphrodite

Update [CT]: sachi’s released these skins — they’re now available for sale in Genesis. I’d highly recommend trying on a demo! They’re lovely.
I was pleasantly surprised a few days ago when I got a surprise drop from sachi Vixen of Adam-n-Eve. Back when sachi released her Pandora skin, I called it the best skin she’d ever made. Until now. In the first paragraph, I noted in parenthetically that sachi was also working on a second skin named Aphrodite — and that was what the surprise was all about. Aphrodite is almost ready for sale. sachi’s been collecting refinements and enhancement suggestions from a select group of beta testers. I asked for her permission to post these sneak preview photos, so keep in mind the final product will be even more improved than what I’m showing you today. (I know this because I have a “v2″ beta in my inventory, but no photos yet! But they’re coming…)

I think the thing that was the most pleasant surprise was the additional detail and shading work that sachi’s done on the face of this skin. She’s tweaked a lot of little minor details like the shading under the bottom lip to make it “pop” just a little more giving the further illusion of “3dness.” And there’s additional shading refinements on the bridge of the nose, and around the eyes. The makeups that sachi’s shown me so far as really terrific too. There’s the classic red lipstick smoky eyeshadow vampy look, but also several gorgeous looking neutral lip colors paired up with subtly blended eyeshadows.
As I said, these aren’t for sale just yet — but they’re coming soon. And when they are released, I will definitely update this post!
