Twiddler Thereian of Taunt is attempting to create and release a new hair style, every day this month. She calls it, 31 ‘Dos in 31 Days. From her blog:

The tenative plan continues to be 10 pigtails, followed by 10 ponytails, followed by 10 anything goes or zomg style stuff…since it is a [H]alloween month and witches, devils and sci fi people need some good old fashioned “wild” hair.

This reminds me of the National Novel Writing Month, which challenges writers to complete a 50,000 word novel in one month by commiting to writing 1000 words every day in November. For some creative people these kinds of imposed deadlines can really produce amazing results. For others, the added stress is stifling.

It will be fun to follow Twiddler’s progress as she marches from pigtails, to ponytails, to “wild.” The first two styles, Samantha and Soleil, are already up. Only 29 ‘dos and 29 days to go…

Soleil is beautiful, but it’s spelled wrong ;)

That’s it. I’m firing my proof reader. Oh wait… That would be me :-) Thanks for the catch. Fixed.

p.s. feel free to proof my posts anytime cuz i am reeelay bad wen ther is no spel chekr.

oh, forgot to say, the hair looks really great!

I know what you mean, caLLie. For some reason WordPress didn’t think we needed a spell checker.
Although I’m a good speller, I’m a horrible typist, and spell check is my friend. Luckily they are adding one to the next version.

As an option, the beta version of Firefox 2.0 has a built in spell checker which underlines misspelled words with a little red line. It’s very useful!

Sweet. Just downloaded it. totally works. even on my beloved Mac. Choice = :-)
