New from Tweet: Miyoko

A few weeks ago, I introduced you to the sweetest new designer, Sumire Mochi, whom I had the pleasure of meeting in world. Sumire’s brand, Tweet, is adorable, anime-inspired clothing for the little Japanese school girl who lives in us all. Okay, well maybe not all. But there’s one living inside of me, and I’m afraid to let her out. Luckily my friend Rune Soosung, loves playing with her inner Japanese school girl. With her gracious help, I was able to not only see this dress in world, but photograph it for you.
Miyoko is an adorable sky blue dress with tonal polka dots and an oversized bow on the bust. The dress is pure cuteness, very girly, and would look right at home on an anime skin. It’s a dress made for expressing that inner girl who still loves to climb trees, but also likes or play truth or dare. With boys. It’s for a woman who’s still in touch with the wilder, freer girl she once was. All and all an adorable look, especially when paired with the Lulu leg warmers from Celestial Studios, as Rune is wearing, above. View this, and Sumire’s other new release in her forum post.
