I love good design in all its forms. This simple and modern prefab houses from Maximum Minimum are just such a thing. Now, I am not an architect or home design expert. I know what I like, and this style works for me. If it looks like something you would like, you will be happy to know that it can be yours for just L$1. Yep. A freebie prefab from Maximum Minimum.
