Skin/clothing texture previewer

Just spotted this note at Nylon Pinkney’s blog.

Johan Durant has developed a lightweight (Windows only) clothing texture previewer. This allows you take a texture and wrap it around the default avatar mesh without uploading it into SL. You can select the avatar gender and camera position. See the forum thread here. Download here.

Wow, that is slick!

  1. Lur Sachs showed me this yesterday, it’s great. Big thanks to Johan for making this! For me personally, it allows me to do a little designing at work where I can’t get on to SL but have some free time here and there. So, this really helps out a lot in my case. Thank you!

  6. I just tried this out. What a dream. I’ve been using Tattoo for the reason of making sure seams are matching at what not. This is much more lightweight and I love it. Thanks so much!
