sachi Vixen’s new skin

sachi Vixen recently announced on her blog that she was working on two new lines of skin. This is a review of the first of these new skins, named Pandora (another skin Aphrodite is still forthcoming).
Pandora is what I consider to be the “third generation” of sachi’s skins, and not only that, it’s the best skin sachi’s made in my opinion. She’s really amped up the body shading on this particular skin, especially the breasts, the collarbones, the lip shape and some of the tummy shading (Pandora’s tummy has much more noticable definition than previous skin lines.) There’s also been improvements to the eyebrow definition and texturing.
Initially, sachi showed me the “au naturale” look for Pandora, so fans of the “none or minimal makeup” look will soon have another skin option to pick from. But as she’s finished up the body shading, she’s been adding new makeups to the Pandora set. There will be 16 total makeups, of which I am showing two here. (You can click here for a “photo gallery” of close ups and full body shots of each.)
On the top left is the “Smokey” makeup which is a very deep “coffee” lip color paired with a true smoke grey eye shadow. I’m also wearing one of sachi’s other recent releases in that photo — her Satin gown which is indeed one of the most remarkably satiny textured looking gowns I’ve worn in Second Life. It really looks stunning in world, very vampy, very Hollywood glamour. I like it very much.
On the bottom left, I’m wearing the “Syren” makeup which is a gorgeous cornsilk blue shadow paired up with a matte, but lush vermillion/red lipstick shade. I wanted to call some attention to Fallingwater Cellardoor’s splendid new jewelry creation she’s named Veronique — you can really see all of the delicate but beautiful prim work that Fallingwater’s lavished on this set. Veronique comes in a ton of different gem stone colors, including this very subtle pretty pink rose quartz color that I’m modelling.
You’ve probably also noticed that I’m very fond of Elika Tiramisu’s new Maaliyah hair — the hair that almost wasn’t released. It just looked so chic, and the style is one of the chameleons that will blend with whatever look you pair up with it — from punky rocker grrl as I wore yesterday, to casual denim beach comber that I’m wearing today, it’s a fantastic hair style, and in my opinion, well worth the investment in a Willow Pack. (You might think — when am I ever going to need this hair in Purple Burnt? Well — it will come in handy one day! Willow Packs spoil you because you always think, ‘I have the perfect shade to go with that!’)
