It’s a nice day for a … Black wedding?

Sure, why not? It’s always a nice day in Second Life (whenever the drama llama stays far far away…) but I guess if you’re going for gothic in your SL wedding, you probably want rain for it, no matter what Alanis Morrisette might say. So Rebel Hope has a new blog which I just stumbled across yesterday — and Gothica II is the current top entry there. It captured my attention just because it subverts some of your expectations about what a wedding gown should be (black with blood spatter? oookay, if you must!), but still hews close enough to the conventions that everyone will know, hey, that’s a wedding gown — poofy skirt, sleeveless corset bodice, and a gauzy veil — okay it’s in black, but still — even in Second Life you don’t see anyone other than brides running around in veils that look like Gothica’s.
If you’re set on having a darkly beautiful wedding to the pale lil’ gothic heart throb in your Second Life, put Rebel Hope on your shopping list to check out.
