Cozy Knits Meet Autumn Plaids

I am a huge sweater girl in RL. I grew up in Southern California, but
the second the temperature dips below 60F, I can’t wait to pull a
sweater over my head. Though it’s always sunny in SL, Autumn is just
days away and my bosom is happiest when nestled in a sweater.
A few weeks ago, Willow Perkins of Trinity introduced two sets of chunky-knit turtleneck sweaters for Fall. I didn’t have a blog to report in back then, but now I do. I think these cuties deserve a look if you missed them.
I really loved the marled knit of these sweaters as well as the chunky prim collar and cuff attachments. I chose the Dark collection (you will probably come to learn that I am deeply attracted to dark and muted colors, and pretty much put off by brights and most pastels). You give me pumpkin, crimson, chocolate, and charcoal all in the same pack, and I’m all yours. You can decide not to attach the prim cuffs and collar. If so, the sweater takes on a funnel-neck appearance. You should also try mixing the cuffs and collars with a sweater of a different color (magenta with chocolate being a striking combination).
In the photograph, I am wearing two of the sweater colors with plaid pants released by Jonquille Noir of Little Rebel Designs this week. The pants come in a pack of four with a tintable tank on the jacket layer for length (if sweaters are not your thing). I love the way Jonquille has contrasted the feminine colors and preppy patterns with the wide, leather buckle belt. Also, I am just getting the art of SL modeling photography down. If these photos look a little off, just know I’m learning. :-)
