Bold colors and shinies at TART

Nessinger Loveless of TART has released quite a few things in the past week, but I think today’s release is at the top of my shopping list. This is Sequin Sparkle, a beautifully crafted summer dress with a lot of glinting, glimmering glamour going for it. It comes in the five colors shown, although, as usual I like the brown one best. One especially wonderful detail is the solid underbust band of sequins on the bodice. With the way the sequins fall onto the skirt, it almost seems like a gentle spring rainfall of shiny goodness.
