Reader Style: arraiin Greyson

I am very excited to announce a new occasional feature story here at Second Style Fashionista. I call it “Reader Style!” In Reader Style, I want to highlight the incredible variety of styles, tastes and preferences of my readers — and to share all the different looks you’ve been creating with a lot of other hungry fashionistas, including me!
To make it super easy to participate, I asked Cristiano Midnight of Snapzilla to set up a special submission email for readers’ pictures.
Here’s how to submit your Reader Style look:
- Put on a fabulous outfit (this is the best part!)
- Take a snapshot of yourself either against a white background or somewhere cool in Second Life
- Send the snapshot with outfit notes (like who made the top, who made the skirt, who made your shoes, etc) to rs@slpics.com.
That’s it! Super easy.
Every so often I’ll select one of the photos and highlight it here — but the really great thing is that you all can see every submission too! Even if I miss something incredible, or maybe my tastes don’t 100% mesh with yours, you can still take a look at the really creative stylings of the fashionistas of Second Life. Find all the Reader Style submissions by simply clicking on this search link in Snapzilla. (Cristiano is working on an RSS feed by tag, so that should come soon!)
I am also very pleased to debut this feature with a photo of arraiin Greyson wearing this really fun mix-n-match outfit. I ran into arraiin at Luxe and while we were chatting and trading little fashion tidbits, she modelled the outfit she’s wearing in this photo for me. Inspiration struck! And here we are.
