Lollypop by Tuli Asturias

Tuli Asturias announced her new brand “Lollypop” in the forums last night — and she teased us all with one new design in the announcement: the one shown bottom left. But there’s so much more newness — and this has taken weeks of seemingly sleepless nights and a lot of careful consideration about naming and branding and so many other interesting “business of fashion” topics. Tuli was kind enough to share with me the ads for some of her other new designs, but *everything* she created for “Forgotten Kitten” has been reshot and rebranded and repacked in a box for like 6 different store locations, across eight broad categories of clothing. The new lines are named:
- Sugar, lingerie line
- Tart, sexy/naughty/club
- Bonbon, haute couture/chic
- Chocolate, casual/earthy
- Bubblegum, pink
- Jellybean, retro/colorful
- Taffy, swimwear/beachwear
- Jawbreaker, punk/rock/goth
And she’s still trying to decide if she has time to make some jewelry. But for now, I’m glad all the hard work is over! And I hope she manages to get some sleep soon too! During the “grand re-opening” event, Tuli has a really sweet little freebie goody — but you’ll just have to visit one of her stores to see what it is.
