Gothic Lolita, new from TART Gothica

This is the first release in a new line of clothes from Nessinger Loveless of TART, called Gothica. I love the lace fringe at the skirt hemline, the prim garter and cuffs and the bodice detail on this outfit — I’m also thinking about matching the top with the oh-so-smokin’-hot leather pants from this outfit by Triple Threat. A little bit innocent on top, and little bit naughty on the bottom. Sounds like a good combo, no? TART in Or is the place to shop!
