3 new corset sets at LapGirl

I giggled when Shep Korvin, the owner of LapGirl, dropped off these corset sets in my inventory. He wrote:
Hey Celebrity…. just dropped a box of new goodies on you to take a look at. Possibly a little bit classier than my usual output, so apologies if you were hoping for another slutwear fix.
I’m not disappointed at all! Actually, I was thrilled with these lovely creations which come in three base colors, ivory brocade, red blossom brocade, and a pale yellow Asian brocade (not pictured here.) Now if I actually had a reason (cough, cough) to wear lingerie in Second Life, I’d probably own every single thing offered at Lap Girl. Since I’m kind of into extreme zoom games with my Second Life viewer, I am also thrilled to report that there’s no shortage of wonderful details — for example, the buckle clasps in the front of the corsets, the drop shadows on the lacing up the back — all marvelous. What I was really excited about though is the note Shep posted on his blog:
I came up with a nifty texture deformation matrix, that helps to compensate for the awful distortion that usually occurs on the sides of the torso in outfits like this. It means the fabric texture keeps its integrity all round the body - right up to the seams. I’m guessing only the hardcore texture and clothing geeks will notice this… but I’m *really* pleased with the accomplishment. Bit of a major step up in the quality stakes.
So I hope, dear reader, you can understand why I was thrilled, even though these corsets are quite a bit less slutty than the last LapGirl outfit I posted. Visit LapGirl in November. P.S. There’s a Lucky Chair at LapGirl up on the fourth floor with a gorgeous teal lace lingerie set. When I went over there this morning the letter had just changed and it was “I” I! No one has any friends who’s names start with I! *pout* What’s wrong with C? I’m just askin’.
