Unrelenting: New from Rising Phoenix Designs

What a cute new outfit from Rising Phoenix Designs. “Semi-Japanese schoolgirl” inspired, Ariel Black calls it Unrelenting. It features musical note detailing on the dainty slender neck tie and prim bows on the stockings which neatly sidesteps the problem of image warping.
