Smooth criminal: Felon from Celestial Studios

Just released (pun intended?) from Celestial Studios is this outfit named “Felon.” Starley writes in her blog:
I was actually oblivious to the jail-cell theme of the stripes until Canimal was so kind as to point it out to me. D’oh! Even if stripes are not your thing, check out the comfy looking jersey knit dresses which come with two variations of prim skirts.This started out as a project for an off-the-shoulder striped top. And somehow kept snowballing and ended up being the final 19 pieces you see here. I don’t know what my problem is (a few people have suggested OCD), but I just can’t seem to do anything on a small scale.
When I consider 19 piece outfits that started as a simple top, a L$30,000 contest with 20 (!!) mannequins textured front and back, it’s difficult to disagree, Starley. :D Celestial Studios is in Threemile.
