Dotty Frills Swimwear at Little Rebel Designs

Jonquille Noir posted this terrific retro swim design, done up in a black polka dot with lots of fun frills around the legs and top. There were three other swimsuits too, but this one caught my eye. Little Rebel Designs is in Gallinas.
