Canimal Zephyr has been very busy lately, building a bunch of makeup packs for her FETISH skin line (Candy, Love and ultra punky Faithless) and two new outfits, including mil-glam Apocalyptica and a flirty little ruffly dress she calls Haute La La. If this outfit had a buckle size slider, it would go to 11. But I love it anyway. How much fun is this outfit from ZVZ? Let me count the ways. 1. Look at the detailing on the yoke of the top. 2. The conchos on the belt itself. 3. One word: Rhinestones! (Hopefully, bling free.) That’s three reasons, but I also love the matching boots (sold seperately, alas.) Torrid Midnight opened a new store for animations and dances because things are getting a bit too crowded in her main Chartreuse store. The new store is in Cayuga and currently has all of Torridwear’s stands, poses and a few new things including some dances and this really cute two part sit animation (pictured left) which is only L$100 and comes with instructions how to add it to your AO object.
ZVZ released this pair of sultry sandals in four candy shiny colors, red, teal, purple, and light blue. Looks stunning with the dress pictured, but would also go great with the right prim skirt outfit. Teleport to the main store in Colona.
Elikapeka Tiramisu released 8 new styles (7 for women, 1 for men) over the weekend including my absolute favorite “Sexy II” which is nearly too sexy. (Is that even possible? Why isn’t science looking into questions like that one?) Teleport to Couture Isle.
Six Kennedy also released 8 new hair styles over the weekend, including Sidewayz which I really like. I also like “Swank” which has a cute barette clip on the left bangs. You get one picture for free, to see the other seven new styles, go to Six’s store in Ginny.

Following in the footsteps of the calf boot design, Lassitude and Ennui released these incredibly detailed neo-Victorian era ankle boots, complete with five side buttons. They come in a mix of colors and patterns, just like their older sibling calf boots. Can’t wait to get a pair! Teleport.
Bumped and updated: I ran into Kimberly Casanova yesterday and she says she and Cami are trying to raise some money so they can visit in RL. That seems like a worthy cause to me, and certainly a win-win situation if you’re a fan of excellent shoes and clothing at an incredible discount.

Yesterday, I highlighted “The Hipster” at Dazzle, a matching outfit for Lyra Muse’s new line of shoes. In her initial post to the classified forums (for shoes), she asked, “Never heard of Taido before?” Barnesworth Anubis has. Lo Jacobs has. You should too! These sandals are superb for spring dresses, and the chunky wood textures are a nice change from the stiletto silhouette one normally sees on the Second Life grid. Get Taido shoes here at Dazzle.
Lo Jacobs posted three new outfits today including this incredibly sweet, but very sexy top and skirt combo in a beautiful coral tone. I can already picture how it will look with a matching hair flower. Lo also showed off a darling polka dot lingerie set and corset top, jacket and capri set. Both of these other outfits are defniitely worth seeing.
Rini Rampal posted three different shoe designs, all of them colorable by script. I really like the novel twisty heel. And, unlike my other color selectable prim shoes (where I can set both the base and strap colors), these are, to borrow a phrase from Rick James, “the kind you can take home to mother.” No sign here of giant platforms, nor a whiff of blinged out hoochie drama, just cute prim shoes that go with virtually any outfit. I had a lot of trouble picking my favorite color of Natasha. It comes in this lovely brown, spring green, pink and tanzanite. It was the contrast between the tan and the brown that finally won me over — I seem to be in something of a brown and tan mood lately. (See, I found this really super cute, but super trashy schoolgirl outfit in brown and tan plaid at Gurl 6 the other day — more on that later — promise! Just need to finish the pictures.) I love the satin texture on the tan bow at the neckline and the sequins are — well, dazzling too.
